Our outpatient mental health services are essential to the success of our patients whether you prefer functional or traditional approach for treatment options we are here for you! We see both adult and pediatric patients. We take a patient centered approach to ensure that all aspects of your mental health are addressed. You will be heard, you will be understood, and your mental health is our priority! We treat both adults and children.
We offer outpatient mental health medication management for adults and pediatrics, ADHD testing, and talk therapy for both adults and children! Your mental health is our priority!
Weight Loss Programs
Personalized Plans
Choosing a weight loss program can be daunting in our world that is inundated with ever changing fad diets and new trends. Our providers are here to educate you on options for weight loss, give you the tools for success, identify barriers, discuss your options, and be a part of your journey! Whether you are looking for prescription weight loss medication or nutritional counseling we are here to help!
Semaglutide Injections- $350 per month. This will include your initial consultation (In person or Telehealth), 4 weeks of injections, supplies to use when completing your injections, access to your provider at any time, and discussion on lifestyle and dietary changes to help you reach your goals.
Tirzepatide Injections- $425 per month. Same as above.

Bioidentical Hormone

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) has been found to be our saving grace; offering a natural and personalized path to hormonal harmony. BHRT mimics the body's own natural hormones with the goal of enhancing your overall well-being and regaining your joy!
Our team at Indigo Health & Wellness specialize in BHRT by identifying, diagnosing and utilizing our personalized treatment plan to join you on your journey to wellness through BHRT.
We will start by doing an initial consultation where we will go over a full health history including current concerns regarding hormones, your provider will then order appropriate precision lab testing. Once the lab testing has resulted you will then have a follow up visit to go over with your provider the results of the lab tests, identify issues, and formulate a personalized plan by utilizing Bioidentical hormones (topical creams, injections, troches), and supplements that may be needed to help you regain your sense of wellness and rebalance your hormones!

Initial Consult: $250
Lab Testing: Will depend on lab testing needed-you will go over this with your provider during your initial visit.
Follow Up Visit: $125-this will first occur once your first lab results are available where we will go over all of your results and formulate a plan of care.
Maintenance Visits: $150-these visits may be done throughout the year if there are mini hormone lab rechecks as you progress, these visits usually will be every 4-6 months after your initial treatment begins and will reduce over time once we restabilize your hormones!
Pediatrics
Traditional and Functional Medicine
At our clinic, we provide a range of options for pediatric patients, including both traditional and functional medicine. Our team is dedicated to identifying the root cause of any issues you may be experiencing, whether they be related to mental health, GI problems, skin concerns, food sensitivities, allergies, behavioral or cognitive issues, mood changes, or puberty and hormone changes. We are here to help you and your child achieve optimal and wellness.
Initial Consultation: $250
Lab Testing-Cost will be discussed at consultation depending on required prescision testing.
Follow Up Visits-30 minutes- $100
Follow Up Visit (usually after follow up lab work)- 45 minutes -$125
Urgent Care Visit-illness- $65
Men's Health & Testosterone Replacement
Many times, Men's Health is "overlooked" however the importance of it is great! Men's testosterone levels begin declining in their 30's and continue to slowly decline affecting your quality of life greatly! You may be experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, low sex drive, erectile dysfunction, depression, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, loss of muscle mass and increase in body fat.
